The dissolved air flotation machine is an efficient and stable water treatment system designed for clarifying wastewater by removing oils, greases, and solid suspended matter. Through pressurized air dissolution and controlled release, it generates micro-bubbles that attach to contaminants, floating them to the surface for removal.
Working Principle
Air flotation separation technology involves dissolving air into water under pressure, then releasing it to generate fine bubbles. These bubbles attach to oil droplets and suspended flocs, carrying them to the water surface where they form scum that is removed by scraping mechanisms. Heavy particles settle in the inclined plate zone and are discharged to sludge tanks, while clarified water exits through the center tube.
