Product Overview
The dissolved air flotation machine is a highly efficient and stable water treatment system designed to clarify wastewater by removing oils, greases, and solid suspended matter. The system operates by dissolving air into water under pressure to create a supersaturated state, then releasing it at atmospheric pressure in the flotation tank to generate micro-bubbles that attach to contaminants and float them to the surface for removal.
Working Principle
Air flotation separation technology involves dissolving air into water under pressure, then releasing the pressurized water to generate fine bubbles. These bubbles attach to oil and suspended particles in wastewater, causing them to float to the surface as scum. The scum is then removed by an automated scraping system.
Heavier particles flow through the inclined plate settling zone, settling to the bottom where they are discharged to the sludge tank for further processing. Clarified purified water is discharged through the equipment's center tube.
