The dissolved air flotation system is an efficient and stable water treatment solution designed for food wastewater treatment and solid-liquid separation. This equipment clarifies wastewater by effectively removing oils, greases, and suspended solids through advanced air dissolution technology.
Our DAF system operates by dissolving air into water under pressure to create a supersaturated solution. When released at atmospheric pressure in the flotation tank, the air forms millions of micro-bubbles (15-30μm in size) that attach to suspended particles, causing them to float to the surface as scum. The scum is then efficiently removed by our chain plate scraping system.
