Integrated DAF Machine for Food Wastewater Treatment
The dissolved air flotation machine is an efficient and stable water treatment system designed to clarify wastewater by removing oils, greases, and solid suspended matter. Through pressurized air dissolution and atmospheric pressure release, the system generates micro-bubbles that attach to contaminants, floating them to the surface for removal.
Working Principle
DAF technology dissolves air into water under pressure, then releases it to generate fine bubbles that attach to oil and suspended particles. These bubble-particle complexes float to the surface as scum, which is removed by scraping mechanisms. Heavy particles settle through inclined plate zones and are discharged separately, while clarified water exits through the center tube.
