This heavy fuel oil centrifugal separator efficiently separates solid and liquid components, enabling the use of heavy diesel oil as a cost-effective alternative to light diesel oil, significantly reducing production costs.

Product Applications

The marine separator is specifically designed for removing moisture and mechanical impurities from fuel (light diesel oil, heavy diesel oil, fuel oil) and lubricating oil in ships and diesel engines. This process reduces wear and extends equipment service life.

Designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with GB/T5745-2002 "Marine Disk Separator" standards. Features stable operation with vibration levels significantly below national standard requirements. All materials are constructed from stainless steel to effectively minimize corrosion of separation components.
