Product Overview
The Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is a continuously operating filtering centrifuge featuring automatic operation, continuous discharging, high capacity, low power consumption, no peak load, fast drying, small grain pieces, stable operation, and minimal vibration intensity.
Applications
This machine is widely used for processing various materials including: salt treatment of wastewater (MVR), edible salt, potassium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate (flue gas desulfurization), urotropin, ox bone particles (gelatin), sodium sulfate, chlor-alkali industry products, nitrocellulose, cotton seeds, glyphosate, and many other industrial applications.
Process Capabilities
The Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is designed to separate slurries containing medium-sized crystals or fiber particles, with average solid phase grading ≥0.1mm and solid content (volume ratio) of 30-70%.
