A decanter centrifuge operates as a horizontal screw discharge, continuously operating sedimentation device. The material (crude palm oil) enters the centrifuge through the central feed pipe. Driven by centrifugal force and material pressure, it passes through the distributor assigned to the drum. The dense solid phase deposits on the drum wall, is conveyed to the cone of the drum body by the screw conveyor, and then descends from the discharge port into the solid collector tank. Meanwhile, the relatively lighter liquid phase (processed palm oil) does not move with the screw due to its fluidity, but overflows through the outlet into the liquid collector tank.

Packaging Details: The normal package is wooden box (Size: L*W*H). If export to european countries, the wooden box will be fumigated. If container is too tigher, we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
