The Realkey tilt tray sorter, commonly known as the flip tray sorter, is a highly efficient and economical solution designed for sorting small to medium-sized packages. This innovative sorting system enhances productivity across various industries by streamlining the handling process.
The system comprises tray carriers, conveyor systems, tilting mechanisms, identification technologies, control units, and track frames, all functioning through a horizontal continuous conveying model. Items are placed on trays atop motorized carts that navigate along the designated track. At sorting points, the tilting mechanism activates for efficient item discharge.
With exceptional adaptability, our tilt tray sorter handles parcels, boxes, envelopes, and even challenging cylindrical or spherical objects that conventional machines struggle with. Processing capacity ranges from 7,200 to 10,800 items per hour, making it ideal for postal services, courier companies, e-commerce, apparel distribution, and fresh produce logistics.
