The RKSORT-TTS tilt tray sorter (also known as flip tray sorter) is a cost-effective, high-efficiency automated sorting system designed for small to medium-sized packages. This advanced system features tray carriers, conveyor systems, tilting mechanisms, identification units, control systems, and track frames, utilizing horizontal continuous conveying technology.
Items are loaded onto trays mounted on mobile carts that move along a track. When reaching the designated location, the tilting mechanism activates to release items precisely. The innovative tray design accommodates diverse item types including parcels, boxes, envelopes, and even cylindrical or spherical objects that might roll off other sorting systems.
With a processing capacity of 7,200-10,800 items per hour (model dependent), our tilt tray sorter meets high-throughput demands in postal services, logistics, e-commerce, fashion, and fresh food distribution industries.
