SH116 Grease Washing Test Machine according to SH/T0109-92, ASTMD1264 "grease anti-spray performance measurement method" standard to determine the resistance of grease to water, for the specified experimental conditions, at 38℃ and 79℃ test to evaluate the grease resistance out of the bearing capacity of the new product.
Performance characteristics:
1, the water bath temperature through the PT100 sensor (resistance temperature measurement package) input to the temperature controller, temperature controller internal operation circuit processing, obtain a control signal, the control signal output, so as to complete the heating control
2, the amount of water jet can be directly controlled by circulating pump, large flow valve, nozzle, etc
3, using electric heating rod heating mode, heating speed is fast
4, according to the standard to choose ball bearings, the timer can be accurate to 0.1S
