The ST-138A edible oil refractive index meter precisely measures the refractive index of oil esters, which can identify whether the oil is adulterated. This method is a conventional approach for quality and technical supervision departments to assess the quality of oils and is currently the most rapid screening method. It is suitable for the supervision of edible oil quality in the circulation field (including rapeseed oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, palm oil, blended oil and various salad oils).
