It has the characteristics of small shape, reasonable design, using single-chip computer program control and high degree of automation.
It is suitable for the determination of sulfur content in petroleum products such as lubricating oil, crude oil, coke and residue.
The instrument is mainly composed of horizontal tubular electric furnace system, digital display temperature control system, motor drive control system, air purification flow regulation system, etc.
The electric furnace is heated by the electric furnace wire, and the operation of the servo motor is automatically controlled by the single chip microcomputer, and it has the functions of manual fast forward, fast retreat, measurement and stop.
Two quartz tubes with straight grinding tube installed in parallel can test two samples at the same time, and two results can be made in parallel at one time.
Three gas washing cylinders are used to purify the air. If the sulfur content in the air of the laboratory often changes, the U-shaped pipe with activated carbon can be connected in series in the air supply loop. The air pump and the air flow regulating system can adjust the air flow required by the test.
Thermocouple located in the center of the furnace can accurately measure the heating temperature of the furnace and control the temperature automatically.
