Product Introduction

The ST207 Jelly Strength Tester is developed and manufactured in compliance with the pectin standard QB2484-2000. It is mainly applied to test jelly strength, also known as Pectin Gel Strength Tester (SAG).

Main Technical Features

• Digital display for depression value, clear and straightforward reading.
• Digitally controlled timer, adjustable from 0 to 99 minutes freely.
• The lifting frame supports coarse and fine adjustment, enabling convenient adjustment and precise alignment of the probe.
