Vehicle Urea
The purpose of vehicle urea is to reduce vehicle exhaust emissions and protect the atmospheric environment. Urea is used in vehicles to reduce harmful nitrogen oxides in exhaust gases into nitrogen and water. Diesel vehicles equipped with a urea system require a urea container to hold urea liquid, and the ECU calculates the theoretical generation of nitrogen oxides based on data such as engine speed and fuel injection rate. Then, based on the chemical reaction ratio, calculate the amount of ammonia required to treat these nitrogen oxides, and then calculate the amount of urea that needs to be injected. Then, control the injection system to inject urea into the high-temperature exhaust gas at the exhaust end to eliminate nitrogen oxides.
