Our counting software utilizes powerful artificial intelligence deep learning algorithms that automatically identify components without manual binding. The AI learns from counted component data including:
- Aspect ratio
- Angle of each component corner
- Slope between components from inside to outside
- Deformation of component images from inside to outside
As counting volume increases, results become progressively more accurate. The system easily handles similar components or larger trays.
Current counting time and accuracy for various reel sizes. Performance improves with algorithm updates.
