Our counting software uses a powerful artificial intelligence deep learning algorithm. No need to bind components to algorithm - we use AI to automatically identify components and automatically apply algorithm. The algorithm learns from counted component data including:
- Aspect ratio
- The angle of each corner of the component
- Slope between components from inside to outside
- Deformation of component images from the inside to the outside
As the number of component counts increases, the results become more accurate. When counting similar components or larger trays, the system handles them easily.
All devices share a "global component database" - when one device encounters a new component, all devices can directly recognize it.
Every Wellman X-ray counter connects to our cloud database. Machine data and images are uploaded to the cloud, and each machine automatically downloads the latest database. Our engineers optimize algorithms based on images and data collected by each machine, with regular updates pushed to customer databases.
