Voids Rate Measurement: Automatic calculation of voids rate, solder ball area, circumference, etc. Parameter saving for consistent product inspection. Adjustable grayscale threshold, pixel, contrast, and size filtering parameters. Manual void addition via polygon or freehand drawing.
Measurement Functions: Radius measurement for circular components, distance measurement between points, distance rate calculation for through-hole soldering, angle measurement between points, perimeter measurement for square components.
Automatic Inspection: Manual inspection point setting, array inspection for regular patterns, automatic feature recognition for distinctive inspection points.
