Material characteristics
They are generally made of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) through a multi-layer co-extrusion film blowing process. They have high strength, tear resistance, and puncture resistance, which can effectively protect the contents. At the same time, they have good moisture resistance and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for packaging various fertilizers, feeds, and chemical products.

- Square bottom bags: The bottom is square, with good standing stability, easy to stack and transport, and often used for packaging products such as feed and chemical fertilizers.
- FFS bags: Form-Fill-Seal bags, which can complete a series of operations such as forming, filling, and sealing on automatic packaging lines. They are efficient and suitable for mass production, and are often used for packaging chemical raw materials, plastic particles, etc.
Customization requirements
- Anti-slip design: Anti-slip stripes or dot-like protrusions can be added on the surface of the bag through special processes to increase friction between bags and make stacking more stable.
- Venting function: For products such as organic fertilizers that are prone to fermentation and gas generation, one-way exhaust valves or micro-porous exhaust structures can be set on the bags to prevent the bags from bursting due to excessive internal air pressure.
