PP Woven Sacks are the most widely used type of plastic woven sacks on the market. Made from polypropylene (PP) as the core raw material, they are produced through a process of melting and extruding the raw material, drawing it into high-strength flat filaments, then weaving these filaments in warp and weft directions, followed by cutting and sewing to form the final product.

They boast a host of outstanding advantages: lightweight yet tough, they have excellent tensile and tear resistance, capable of meeting the packaging and transportation needs of various heavy goods. Resistant to acids, alkalis, corrosion, moisture and mildew, they can protect the contents from damage even in humid or slightly corrosive environments. PP woven sacks come in a rich variety of specifications, ranging from small sacks holding a few kilograms to tonnage bulk bags. Different bag types such as open-mouth and valve-mouth can be adapted to different scenarios. In daily use, they are mainly used for packaging industrial and agricultural products like grain, chemical fertilizers, cement, sand and gravel, feed, and plastic granules. Some PP woven sacks treated with special processes such as UV resistance and antistatic properties can also be applied to special fields including outdoor warehousing and chemical raw material packaging.
