National Instruments 9478 C Series Digital Module
The National Instruments NI-9478 (Part Numbers: 779940-01 and 779940-02) C Series Digital Module is a 16-channel, 50 μs module compatible with all CompactDAQ and CompactRIO systems. This module features two part numbers with identical specifications, where 779940-02 includes conformal coating while 779940-01 does not.
With user-programmable current limiting for system protection, the NI 9478 is ideal for solenoid and valve control applications, capable of sinking up to 16A per module depending on channel configuration. The module supports 12V, 24V, and 48V digital I/O logic levels.
