FAQ
After the machine is installed, two steps are necessary.
1: Positioning test, adjust the positioning knob until the cutting gun touches the steel plate and is lifted to about 2-3mm.
2: Arc starting test: Press the ARC test button and hold 3 second, the plasma arc starts, and observe the actual arc value. Adjust the set arc value same to the actual value (for example, Acutual feedback value 148, then you set arc value at 146), and then you can use it normally.
3. and if your torch is P80 , make sure air pressure 0.4-0.45mpa while cutting, if your torch is TPL100 , then 0.5-0.55 pressure.
