fter the machine is installed, two steps are necessary.
1: Positioning test, adjust the positioning knob until the cutting gun touches the steel plate and is lifted to about 3mm.
2: Arc starting test: Press the test button, the plasma arc starts, and observe the actual arc pressure with a steel plate underneath. Adjust the setting to the actual value, and then you can use it normally.

Buy Machine give free Nesting software, it intsal to your PC, it edit DXF DWG files, and arrange your own made drawings nicely on metal plate, then export file to G code.txt, then Use USB load the G code into CNC plasma, it read the file in USB and automatic cut your drawings. Guide Video:
