Application: 

The VFFS counting packing machine for hardwares is a specialized device used to count and package hardware products, such as screws, nuts, bolts, and other small fasteners.  VFFS stands for vertical form fill seal. The machine uses PLC to realize multiple packaging functions like measuring, bag making, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, and finished product conveying, all done in a vertical orientation.

• Packaging speed: Capable of 5 to 50 bags per minute, which may vary with different product sizes and packaging requirements.
• Bag size: For instance, length 60-300mm, width 90-200mm, and the maximum film width being 420mm.

• Air consumption: Around 0.8MPa, 0.5cmb/min.
