Machine Overview
01. PenglaiPack multi-lane powder sachet machine is specially designed for high-speed packaging of collagen, coffee, probiotics and other stick & shaped powder pouches.
02. Available in 4/6 lanes, it realizes synchronous forming, filling, sealing and cutting, with 30–50 ppm per lane and max 300 ppm total output.
Adopting Inovance PLC and servo film pulling, it ensures ±1mm repeat precision. Independent PID temperature control supports pouch sizes of 40–170mm(L) × 16–84mm(W) with stable tension sealing.
03. CNC-machined lane dividers guarantee uniform sachet quality; 304/316L stainless steel product areas comply with GMP.
04. Standard features include safety door, photo-eye registration and self-diagnosis.
05. With a compact 1100×990mm footprint, it easily fits existing workshops and can be upgraded to a full automatic line with check-weigher and cartoner without re-validation.
