In early 2021, Jiangsu Sanyuan Tire Co., Ltd. started building an all-steel radial tire production base. The total investment for this project is 3 billion CNY, and the facility will have an annual production capacity of 3 million units. The facility was planned and designed according to MESNAC's smart manufacturing Industry 4.0 system.

With our ISO9001 quality management system certification and mandatory product certification (3C certification), we have established a comprehensive quality management system and processes. This encompasses everything from the entry of raw materials into the factory, and the production process, to product warehousing and storage. Our company boasts a quality inspection team of over 100 professionals, all equipped with advanced equipment to ensure that our products consistently meet high-quality standards. Additionally, we have set up a testing laboratory with more than 50 sets of professional equipment to thoroughly examine and test the performance and indicators of our various products.
