Construction Process
Substrate Preparation: Remove all debris, oil stains, and loose materials. Grind or repair uneven surfaces as needed.
Interface Agent Application: Apply specialized interface agent to seal substrate pores.
Material Mixing: Combine with water at manufacturer-specified ratio until achieving uniform, particle-free slurry.
Pouring Construction: Pour mixture into work area, allowing automatic flow to fill uneven surfaces. Large areas may require sectional pouring.
Deaeration Treatment: Use defoaming roller to remove trapped air from slurry surface.
Applications
Ideal for PVC floor leveling in educational, healthcare, and commercial facilities including schools, hospitals, exhibition halls, and libraries.
