Product Introduction:

Epoxy Anti-static Floor Coating is a two-component floor coating that can effectively and quickly dissipate static charges, maintaining long-lasting anti-static effectiveness. Its surface resistivity reaches 10⁶Ω-10⁹Ω, and the ground resistance dissipation meets international standards.

Application Scope:

Epoxy Anti-static Floor Coating  is especially suitable for floors of aerospace, computer rooms, electronic enterprises,  industrial enterprises, dam control centers and various flammable and explosive workshops.

Performance Characteristics:

1.Compression and impact resistance, high strength and good toughness;

2.Resistivity of 10⁵-10⁹Ω, long-lasting anti-static performance;

Construction Process:

1.Base Treatment: Grind and clean, the base surface must be dry, flat and free of hollowing;

2.Primer Application: Seal and apply anti-static primer;

3.Epoxy Middle Coat: Scrape and apply epoxy mortar;

4.Lay Conductive Copper Foil;

5.Scrape and apply anti-static epoxy middle coat sand putty;

6.Grind and vacuum the middle coat;

7.Apply anti-static epoxy topcoat (flat coat or self-leveling).
