Product Introduction
Anti-slip floor coating (such as colored ceramic granule anti-slip road surface) is a functional coating made of epoxy resin, polyurethane, or MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) resin as the base, combined with high-temperature fired ceramic granules (particle size 1-4mm). Its core function is to enhance the road surface friction coefficient through the granular structure, while providing color identification and durable protection.
Application Scope

1.Transportation Field: Highway curves, toll stations, bus lanes, ETC lanes, tunnel entrances and exits, etc.
2.Public Facilities: Sidewalks, bicycle lanes, parking lots, stadium steps, barrier-free access for the disabled.
3.Special Scenarios: Ramps, bridges, airport runways, industrial area division, roads in snowy and icy cities.
Performance Characteristics
1.Anti-slip Property: The granular structure can shorten the braking distance by more than 40% and reduce slipping by 75%.
2.Durability: Low temperature resistant (-30℃), high temperature resistant (80℃), UV aging resistant.
3.Environmental Friendliness: No VOC emission; some products allow recycling of granules for reuse.
4.Easy Construction: Fast curing (open to traffic in 3-5 hours); old road surfaces can be directly renovated.
Construction Process
1.Base Layer Treatment: Asphalt needs to be cured for 1-2 months; concrete needs to be cured for 1 month to ensure dryness and flatness.
2.Primer Construction: Cement base layer needs to be rolled and coated with special primer; asphalt base layer can be omitted.
3.Scrape and Coat Glue: Scrape and coat 2-3mm thick anti-slip glue in layers; paste masking tape in color-divided areas.
4.Spread Granules: Spread 1-4mm particle size granules as needed (5kg/m²); recover unadhered granules after 4-5 hours.
5.Topcoat Protection: Some scenarios require brushing a transparent topcoat to enhance durability.
