Product Introduction

Water-based anti-static floor paint is an environmentally friendly coating with water as the dispersion medium. It is composed of water-based epoxy resin, conductive fillers (such as carbon black, metal oxides), and curing agents. It quickly dissipates static charges through a conductive network, and the resistivity is usually controlled at 10⁶~10⁹Ω·cm. Its core advantage lies in the combination of environmental friendliness (low VOC, no pungent odor) and functionality (anti-static, wear-resistant, chemical corrosion resistance).

Construction Process

4.Intermediate Layer Scraping: Level the mortar layer mixed with conductive powder and enhance conductivity.

5.Topcoat Construction: Apply self-leveling topcoat to ensure flatness and anti-static function.
