Floor Paint Hardener 90MPa Metallic Aggregate Fireproof Metal Aggregate
Metallic Aggregate Floor Hardener Product Data Sheet
Product Introduction
Metallic Aggregate Floor Hardener (also known as Metallic Dry-Shake Hardener) is a dry-shake floor hardener composed of high-hardness metal alloy aggregates (such as Tin-Titanium alloy, NFJ metallic aggregates, etc.), special cement, high-performance additives, and pigments 1 1?. It is uniformly spread on the surface of freshly poured concrete at the initial setting stage, then compacted, leveled, and finished using a power trowel to form a highly dense, ultra-wear-resistant, impact-resistant metallized floor surface. This product is cement-based, contains no volatile organic compounds, and is environmentally safe.
Performance Features
Superior Wear Resistance: Metallic aggregates provide exceptional wear resistance, with wear resistance ratio ≥350%, far exceeding ordinary concrete
Excellent Impact Resistance: Metal alloy structure withstands heavy machinery traffic and heavy object drops
High Compressive Strength: 28-day compressive strength up to 90 MPa or more, suitable for ultra-heavy load areas
Anti-Static/Non-Sparking Options: Special formulations meet anti-static and non-sparking requirements for explosion-proof workshops and hazardous material warehouses
Non-Dusting: Dense surface eliminates industrial floor dusting problems
Same Lifespan as Concrete: Integrated construction with substrate ensures no delamination
Fire Rating Class A1: Completely non-combustible material, safe and reliable
Scope of Application
Ultra-Heavy Load Industrial Plants: Heavy machinery manufacturing, steel processing, forging workshops
Warehousing & Logistics: High-bay warehouses, automated storage systems, high-frequency forklift aisles
Explosion-Proof Areas: Class A/B production workshops, hazardous material warehouses, chemical tank farms
Transportation Facilities: Docks, ports, freight stations, maintenance workshops
Public Facilities: Parking lots, large exhibition halls, safety passages

Construction Procedures
Concrete Pouring: Pour concrete grade ≥ C25, vibrate well, control flatness ≤3mm/2m
First Application: At initial set (footprint depth 3-5mm), spread 2/3 of total metallic aggregate
First Compaction: Once aggregate darkens due to moisture absorption, compact with power trowel (float disc)
Second Application: Spread remaining 1/3 metallic aggregate perpendicular to first direction
Finishing: After surface dries, repeatedly trowel with blades until smooth and uniform color
Curing: Apply curing compound or cover with plastic film for ≥7 days
Important Notes:
Application temperature must be ≥5°C
Do NOT apply aggregate before concrete initial set
NEVER mix aggregate with water
Do NOT use less than recommended coverage
Coverage & Packaging
Coverage: 5-6 kg/m2 (approx. 2-3 mm thickness)
Packaging: 25 kg/bag, paper-plastic composite bag (moisture-proof)
Storage: Cool, ventilated area; protect from moisture, sun, and water
Shelf Life: 6 months
Transportation: Handle as ordinary cargo, prevent leakage
