The AXIS 300 rear wing, officially the Surf Skinny 300/45 Carbon Rear Wing, is part of AXIS Foils' racing narrow-chord rear wing series. Positioned between the 280 and 320, it emphasizes extreme maneuverability and ultra-low drag, designed for advanced wave-flying enthusiasts, suitable for bodyboarding, SUP (surface-up) hydrofoil, and wingfoil.

1. 45mm Ultra-Narrow Chord, Low-Drag Structure

   Compared to the 320's 48mm chord length, the 300 is thinner and narrower, resulting in less water flow separation and a higher maximum speed. Overall drag is significantly reduced, providing almost no drag while gliding on waves and excellent long-distance gliding performance.

2. Precise Yaw Control System

   The core tuning advantages of the Surf Skinny series include: zero-delay feedback on fade, sharp wave cuts, and continuous directional changes; extremely small turning radius; and exceptional responsiveness when performing tight wave wall cuts and fancy turns; while retaining the roll stability of the Progressive series, preventing tail-wagging and drifting during high-speed gliding.

3. Balance of High Speed ​​and Forgiveness

   Unlike the 280's extremely aggressive and low-forgiveness design, the 300 features balanced optimization:

   Better low-speed stability than the 280, maintaining gliding with minimal pump-up;

   More relaxed and flexible steering than the 320, suitable for frequent lane changes in small and fragmented waves;

   Slight anhedral wingtip design counteracts the risk of loss of control during high-speed sideslip in narrow-winged gliding, providing greater confidence during high-intensity racing.

4. High-strength one-piece carbon fiber construction

   The entire piece is seamlessly molded, resulting in minimal deformation under high-speed water flow impact; the dense carbon fiber surface is resistant to seawater corrosion, making it lighter and more hydrodynamically efficient than the older G10 fiberglass version; however, it is not suitable for frequent beach impact training.
