The barrel plating line is an automated electroplating equipment designed for small, batch, and irregular workpieces (such as screws, nuts, and small hardware parts). The core is to achieve the tumbling of workpieces and uniform contact with the plating solution through the rotation of the barrel, thus completing the coating processing.

Core features

• High-efficiency batch processing: Each drum can load 5-50kg of workpieces, with a large one-time electroplating capacity, suitable for mass-produced products such as fasteners and electronic components.

• Good uniformity of coating: The drum rotates continuously at a low speed (5-15r/min) in the plating tank, driving the workpieces to constantly flip over, avoiding local occlusion and ensuring that the coating thickness on the surface of each workpiece is consistent (error ≤5%).

• High degree of automation: It can integrate modules such as automatic feeding, drum self-rotation, plating solution circulation, and automatic discharging, achieving full unmanned operation throughout the "loading - electroplating - discharging" process, reducing labor costs and operational errors.

• Compatible with multiple processes: By changing the material of the drum (such as nylon, stainless steel) and adjusting the process parameters, it can be compatible with various electroplating requirements such as galvanizing, nickel plating, chromium plating, and copper plating, demonstrating strong versatility.
