Dynisco TPT463E-10M-6/18 Melt Pressure and Temperature Transducer
Product Overview
The Dynisco TPT463E-10M-6/18 combines melt-pressure measurement and a removable Type J thermocouple in one assembly. Its nominal 0 to 10,000 psi range is suited to higher-pressure polymer-processing applications where the pressure channel and melt-temperature channel must be obtained from the same process location.
The pressure bridge provides a nominal 3.33 mV/V signal for compatible industrial indicators and controllers. The 6/18 mechanical configuration uses a rigid sensing section and flexible capillary, helping accommodate cabinet position, cable routing and high-temperature extruder geometry.

Pressure and Temperature Channels
The pressure bridge and thermocouple are separate measuring circuits. A replacement must therefore match both the pressure input specification and the thermocouple input of the existing instrument. The thermocouple should not be assumed interchangeable with Type K, RTD or other temperature elements.
