Product Overview
Our longpass filters feature advanced coating technology on high-quality glass substrates. These filters utilize reflection from metal coat layers or dielectric coat layers on glass surfaces, providing undistorted reflection without heavy color distortion. Manufactured from premium JGS2 quartz glass and high borosilicate glass, they maintain optimal performance in high-temperature environments.
Coating Technologies
Protected Gold Mirrors:
- Gold-coated Outer Mirrors: Feature silicon dioxide protective coating over gold surface, preventing scratches and moisture damage. Reflectivity exceeds 96% in 0.75μm - 20μm band
- Gold-coated Inner Mirrors: Protected by chrome-coated gold surface, suitable for environments with lower spot requirements. Reflectivity exceeds 96% in 0.75μm - 20μm band
Dielectric Mirror:
Dielectric mirrors achieve exceptional reflectivity in specific bands, reaching over 99%. Available in single-point high reflection (470nm, 532nm, 650nm, 808nm, 1064nm) and broadband high reflection ranges (400-700nm, 650-1200nm).
