100V 7-Channel Battery Pack Aging Machine
COENG's 100V battery pack aging machine is a seven-channel charge-discharge tester built for lithium-ion battery pack production. With 0–10A charging, 0–20A discharging and a specified discharge power of ≤1400W, it supports capacity measurement and charging/discharging protection checks for packs matched to its operating limits.
This programmable battery pack tester combines CC/CV charging with constant-current discharge. Test recipes support up to 100 steps per cycle and 1–999 cycles, with voltage, current, time and protection-related cut-off settings as applicable to each mode. Four-wire voltage and current detection supports reliable battery pack evaluation.
PC software provides TCP/IP and serial communication, with MySQL data management and EXCEL, TXT and chart outputs. The 900 × 600 × 1900 mm cabinet contains seven channels and is specified for AC 380V, 7kW input. A USB concentrator and router are included according to the supplied equipment information.
For equipment importers, battery pack manufacturers and production-line integrators, this battery pack test station supports assembly quality control. Send your full-charge voltage, pack capacity, required test current and daily throughput to request a configuration review and quotation.

Important: The listed voltage, current and power limits must be evaluated together. Confirm the operating envelope and whether the quoted discharge-power rating applies per channel or per cabinet before defining the test recipe. Pack full-charge voltage must be checked rather than relying only on nominal voltage.
It performs controlled charging and discharging to measure battery pack capacity and check charging and discharging protection cut-off behavior.
Compare the pack's full-charge voltage and required test currents with the equipment's complete voltage, current and power operating limits. Confirm the usable voltage range, connector arrangement and protection settings with the technical team.
The supplied specifications list constant-current / constant-voltage charging and constant-current discharging, with mode-specific cut-off conditions.
The supplied information lists EXCEL, TXT and chart outputs, with a MySQL database for data management.
The cabinet is specified with seven channels. Confirm channel control, fixture requirements and the intended test recipe when planning production capacity.
Provide battery chemistry, full-charge voltage, capacity, charge/discharge current, test duration, daily production volume, required channel count, installation power supply and destination country.
