Scope of Application:

Temperature sensors for rice cookers, pressure cookers, and other small household appliances.

 

Structural Features:

The ceramic body head is metallized using a ceramic metallization process and directly laser-welded to the aluminum housing and ceramic insulator. This ensures a stable and consistent internal structure with extremely high reliability, without damaging the internal insulation or external appearance.

 

The ceramic body head is metallized via ceramic metallization, with a ceramic layer in the middle isolating it from the insulator to achieve electrical separation. The insulation distance meets the requirements of Clause 29 of the safety standard (≥2.0mm), complying with national 3C safety regulations for reinforced insulation and eliminating the need for grounding.

 

Aluminum-coated ceramic metallization enhances the thermal conductivity of the ceramic. A flat thermistor increases the thermal contact area. Thermally conductive silicone adhesive, capable of withstanding up to 300°C, is used for insulation. This ensures temperature sensitivity and consistency, as well as reliable insulation performance.

 

The integral insulated packaging design reduces structural volume, lowers production costs, streamlines manufacturing processes, and enables fully automated production.
