- Incline and Flow Regulation: The inclined roller conveyor is set at a 2% to 4% slope to control flow speed, adjusted using integrated mechanical speed controllers/dampers to prevent pallets from accelerating excessively.
- Component Assembly: The system comprises structural upright frames and load beams, frame protectors, row spacers, heavy-duty rollers, and secure pallet guide plates to prevent pallet misalignment during transit.
