Pipeline requirements:
1) Inlet pipeline:
a) Diameter ≥ pump inlet port diameter (recommended to increase by 10% to reduce resistance);
b) Minimize bends (≤2 bends within 1 meter);
c) Use seamless steel pipes or high-pressure hoses (avoid plastic pipes that are easy to collapse);
d) Install a suction filter (filtration accuracy 25 μm, flow ≥ 1.5 times the pump rated flow).
2) Outlet pipeline:
a) Pressure rating ≥ 35 MPa (peak pressure);
b) Install a check valve near the pump outlet to prevent oil backflow;
c) Reserve a pressure gauge interface (for real-time pressure monitoring);
d) The pipeline should be fixed with brackets to avoid vibration resonance.
Pre-commissioning preparations:
1) Oil tank and pipeline: Clean the oil tank (remove welding slag, rust) and rinse the pipeline with clean hydraulic oil;
2) Oil filling: Fill the oil tank with qualified hydraulic oil to the upper scale, and manually inject oil into the pump inlet until oil overflows from the vent plug;
3) Filter check: Confirm the suction and return filters are clean and correctly installed;
4) Valve setting: Set the system relief valve to the minimum pressure (5-10 MPa);
5) Electrical check: Confirm the motor rotation direction matches the pump's "R" (clockwise) mark;
6) Leakage inspection: Check all pipeline joints and pump seals for loose connections.
Step-by-step commissioning:
1) No-load test: Start the motor at low speed (500 rpm) for 5 minutes, check for abnormal noise, pump body temperature (≤40℃), and no leakage;
2) Low-pressure test: Increase the motor speed to 1000 rpm, adjust the relief valve to 10 MPa, run for 10 minutes, and check the pressure stability and oil flow;
3) Rated pressure test: Gradually increase the pressure to 31.5 MPa (rated), run at 1500 rpm for 30 minutes, monitor pump body temperature (≤60℃), control valve response, and system pressure fluctuation (≤0.5 MPa);
4) Load-sensing test: Activate the executive component (e.g., cylinder), check if the pump displacement automatically adjusts with the load (flow increases when load is light, decreases when load is heavy);
5) Shutdown inspection: After stopping, check the oil level, filter contamination, and seal integrity.
