A13: Main causes and solutions: 1) Severe internal leakage: Check the piston-cylinder pair, swashplate, and valve plate for wear (if wear exceeds 0.1 mm, replace the parts); 2) Load-sensing control valve failure: Disassemble the PZB13 valve, clean the pressure feedback oil passage, and replace the aging spring; 3) Relief valve is set too low: Re-calibrate the relief valve to the rated pressure (31.5 MPa); 4) Air in the system: Bleed the air as per Q12; 5) Clogged oil filter: Replace the filter element and clean the oil tank; 6) Hydraulic oil viscosity is too low: Replace with oil of the correct viscosity (ISO VG 46).
Q2: Why does the pump output flow fluctuate, and how to resolve it?
