• Disassembly order: From the control device (PZB13) -> end cover -> swashplate -> piston cylinder -> valve plate -> shaft
• Part protection: Place precision parts (pistons, valve plates) on a soft rubber pad, avoid collision
• Cleaning: Clean parts with diesel oil or special hydraulic parts cleaner, dry with compressed air (low pressure)
• Assembly torque: Tighten bolts according to specifications (e.g., end cover bolts: 25 N*m, control valve bolts: 15 N*m)
• Post-assembly test: Manually rotate the shaft (should be smooth), and conduct a pressure test after installation

Wear judgment standards:

• Piston-cylinder pair: Measure the inner diameter of the cylinder and the outer diameter of the piston (clearance > 0.02 mm -> replace)
• Valve plate: Check for scratches (depth > 0.01 mm) or uneven wear (replace)
• Swashplate: Check the sliding surface for indentations or unevenness (runout > 0.03 mm -> replace)
• Bearings: Rotate by hand (if there is stuck or abnormal noise -> replace)
• Shaft: Check for bending (radial runout > 0.02 mm) or scratches (depth > 0.05 mm -> repair or replace)
• Control valve core: Check for wear (clearance with valve sleeve > 0.015 mm -> replace)
• Seals: Check for aging, cracking, or deformation (replace immediately if any of these occur)

Storage precautions:

• Environment: Store in a dry, ventilated, and dust-free warehouse (temperature 5-30℃, humidity ≤60%)
• Anti-rust treatment: Inject anti-rust oil into the pump inlet and outlet, plug the ports with plastic caps, and apply anti-rust grease to the shaft extension
• Placement: Place the pump horizontally on a wooden pallet (avoid vertical placement to prevent deformation of the shaft)
• Regular inspection: For long-term storage (more than 6 months), rotate the pump shaft 180° every 3 months to prevent bearing rust
• Packaging: For transportation or long-term storage, use waterproof and shockproof packaging (wooden box with foam padding)
• Shutdown storage: If the pump is installed on the machine and not used for more than 1 month, drain the hydraulic oil, inject anti-rust oil, and cover with a dust cover
