This bogie is primarily designed for 1435 mm standard gauge passenger coaches,with a maximum axle load of 16 t and a maximum operating speed of 160 km/h.
It mainly consists of a bogie frame, wheelsets, primary suspension, bolster spring assembly,hand brake system, foundation brake system, traction device, and auxiliary components.

- The bogie features an H‑type welded frame with U‑shaped side girders,and bolster spring seats are arranged at the center of the side girders.
- The frame is manufactured from S355J2+N steel.
- The wheelsets are fitted with 890 mm‑diameter wheels with a UIC wear‑resistant tread profile.
- Axle and wheelset manufacturing comply with EN 13260 and EN 13261.
- The bogie is equipped with SKF radial short cylindrical roller bearings,and a grounding device is fitted at one axle end per bogie.
- The primary suspension employs vertical suspension with dual coil springs (inner and outer),and the axle box is located by an elastic articulated trailing‑arm positioning device.
- The bolster spring assembly consists of single coil springs mounted in the frame spring seats.
- The bolster rests on the springs, and the car body is supported on two coil springs via the bolster.
- Two vertical hydraulic dampers and one lateral damper are installed between the bolster and the frame.
