Product Overview

This is a two-axle bogie dedicated for metro vehicles operating on 1435 mm standard‑gauge tracks, available in motor and trailer variants. Both variants feature a compact layout and excellent dynamic performance.

Key Characteristics
  • The bogie frame is an H‑shaped welded assembly consisting of box‑section side frames and seamless steel tube crossbeams, offering high rigidity and structural integrity.
  • The suspension system comprises rubber‑stack primary springs and air spring secondary suspension; this dual‑stage elastic suspension effectively isolates vibration and delivers exceptional ride comfort.
  • Motor bogies are equipped with three‑phase AC traction motors and gearboxes to transmit driving power. A combination of center pivot plus Z‑shaped traction rods is adopted to transfer traction and braking forces between the bogie and carbody.
