JK1300 Water Well Drilling Rig with Dust Collection System 300m Depth Truck Mounted Dry Drilling Capable

This is the JK1300 with our dust collection system fitted. We developed this after getting requests from customers drilling in dry regions and near villages where the dust from air drilling was becoming a problem.

How the dust system works:

• Cyclone separator at the top - catches the heavy particles first
• Bag filter unit on the side - traps the fine dust that gets past the cyclone
• Collection bin underneath - just empty it when full, usually once a day
• About 95% dust capture rate in normal conditions, a bit less in very fine clay dust

The rig itself is our standard JK1300. 300m depth, 105-350mm holes, 11m mast, 12KN.m rotary table, BW850 pump. All the drilling specs are the same. The dust system is additional equipment mounted on the truck, it adds about 800kg to the total weight and takes up some space on the deck.

Worth it if you're drilling near houses, schools, or in areas with strict environmental regulations. Also helps with crew health over time, breathing rock dust all day is no joke.
