JK1300 Hard Rock Water Well Drilling Rig 300m Depth with DTH Hammer Tricone Bits Basalt Granite Capable

Standard water well rigs struggle in hard rock. Regular roller bits wear out fast on basalt or granite and you end up spending more time changing bits than actually drilling. This JK1300 comes set up specifically for hard formations.

What makes it different:

• DTH (Down The Hole) hammer system - the hammer goes down the hole behind the bit, hits it from close range. Way more effective than top hammer in deep holes
• High pressure air compressor included - 25 bar, enough to drive the DTH hammer at 300m
• Tricone bit set - 6 bits covering different rock hardness from medium limestone to hard granite
• Button bit set for the DTH hammer - these are what actually does the work in hard rock
• Reinforced drill pipes - thicker wall 89mm pipes, handles the shock from DTH hammering better

Rest of the rig is standard JK1300. BW850 mud pump is included too because you'll still use mud drilling in the softer sections, just switch to DTH when you hit hard rock.

Had a customer in Ethiopia using this setup through volcanic basalt, they were getting about 8-10m per hour where their old rig was doing 2-3m. Makes a real difference.
