SHACMAN X3000 6x4 heavy duty dump truck, 430 HP. This build is for hard rock, iron ore and heavy overburden, where the body takes a hit every cycle. The rock body runs wear-plate steel and extra ribbing, on the 6x4 driveline rated for 40 ton loads.

Built for hard rock

• Reinforced rock body. High-tensile wear plate on floor and sides with added ribbing, so boulders do not dent the shell on the first week.
• 40 ton payload. Matched to MAN 9.5T front and 16T double-reduction rear axles for a full rock load on an incline.
• Weichai WP12.430 engine. Keeps the cycle time honest on a long ramp, with torque low enough to move off cleanly when loaded.
• FAST 12-speed gearbox. Wide ratio spread, so the slow crawl up the ramp and the run back down both sit in the right gear.
• X3000 cab. Air-conditioned and air-suspension seated, which matters when the haul road shakes all day.
