Jero Steel offers pre-painted polyester paint aluminum coil and flat sheet in the most popular colors in the market. The 3xxx series aluminum substrate provides an excellent surface for paint, has good cold workability, is weldable, and has very good corrosion resistance ability.

We export in 2 forms: coil and sheet. Our equipment can produce up to 1800mm width for the coil.

It is widely used in aluminum plastic panel (ACP), grille, ceiling, roofing, shutter, curtain wall and electronic products. Painted aluminum sheet could be used for 28 years with its stable performance, anti-corrosion and light weight.
Packages and Loading
Standard export packages: 3 layers. Inside is craft paper, middle is waterproof plastic film, outside is hard paper sheet covered by steel strips with lock.
To prevent rolling, tipping and sliding of the aluminum coils in the container, reinforcement materials used are mainly wood strips, wood plugs, wire ropes and auxiliary equipment.
