Our 3003 Alloy Aluminum Polysulyn Moisture Barrier Jacketing and Cladding features an advanced composite material consisting of an aluminum substrate (AA3003 or AA5052 alloy) laminated with Surlyn film. This specialized coating provides exceptional moisture barrier properties for demanding industrial applications.
The aluminum coil with polysurlyn moisture barrier offers superior adhesion through hot pressing technology, ensuring the polysurlyn film bonds securely with the aluminum substrate. The Surlyn film adhesive maintains excellent weather resistance and adhesion performance even under extreme temperature conditions, while being easy to process without volatile emissions or odors during production.
