- Surface Treatment: Anti-rust processes including anodizing, galvanizing and electrophoretic coating with anodizing layer thickness ≥ 10 μm
- Precise Matching: No clearance or jamming between valve core and valve body with precision grinding required
- Post-Processing Tests: Vibration, high-temperature, sealing and durability tests to ensure stable operation under extreme conditions
