All square and irregular components are one-piece CNC machined in a single clamping setup, eliminating secondary processing errors, tool marks and uneven surfaces. Strict flatness, parallelism and perpendicularity control ensures precise right angles and smooth burr-free surfaces. Key dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.005mm.
Free from standard part limitations, we customize all kinds of complex structures: solid square blocks, hollow square bases, stepped square parts, slotted components, multi-hole mounting blocks, eccentric irregular parts, polygon structures and arc composite shapes.
Multiple surface treatments are available, including wire drawing, mirror polishing, sandblasting, passivation and degaussing. Finished parts are smooth, scratch-free and burr-free with neat edges, meeting strict cleanliness standards for dust-free workshops and medical equipment.
One-piece solid cutting process without welding, splicing or bending stress effectively avoids deformation and rebound problems common in stamped or sheet metal parts. Low internal stress ensures stable structural accuracy under long-term vibration and temperature changes.
All finished stainless steel non-standard parts undergo full-dimensional inspection, flatness & verticality calibration, hole & slot position verification and simulated assembly testing before delivery, with a batch qualified rate over 99%.
