Core Principle and Application
The pressure spray dryer converts liquid materials into fine droplets through high-pressure atomization, followed by instantaneous heat and mass transfer with high-temperature hot air flow, yielding powdered or granular finished products.
Process Stages
- Material Pretreatment and Pressurized Conveying: Liquid materials are filtered and pressurized (2.0-20.0MPa) for transport to the atomization system
- High-Pressure Atomization: Pressure nozzle creates fine droplets (5-50μm diameter)
- Heat and Mass Transfer Drying: Droplets contact high-temperature air (120-350℃) for rapid evaporation
- Finished Product Separation and Collection: Powdered products are separated via cyclone separator and bag filter
